A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining 50% is due no later than one week prior to event date.
A full refund of the deposit is given if the order is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the event date. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks to the event date 50% of the deposit is returned. There is no refund if the order is cancelled less than a week before the event date.
Yes. Most components can be changed with at least 1 weeks’ notice. Depending on the scope of the work and production schedule, we reserve the right to decline changes with less than 1 weeks’ notice.
We encourage you to place your order as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability. In general, we usually ask for a minimum of two weeks. We will try our best to accommodate all orders but we reserve the right to decline orders based on availability.

For a custom cake we usually recommend aiming to serve 75% of your total guest count. We can work the portions around the design of the cake by using “faux” tiers and slabs.
We recommend coming in a vehicle with a flat trunk such as a crossover or SUV and keeping the air conditioning on high, even in the winter.
Please Note: Once the cake leaves our premises in good condition we will not be liable for any damage that may occur afterwards. Should something happen you can return the cake and we will try our best to fix it for a fee.
Once the cake has been delivered to the venue in good condition we are no longer liable for any damage that may occur afterwards while handling or storing the cake. Although extremely rare, if something should happen please let us know and we will try our best to fix it for an additional charge.
