Our pastry chefs create "delicious" everyday.

Our cafe has a fresh selection every morning of hand-crafted pastries such as our tender, flaky croissants, made in the traditional French method with real butter and real croissant dough made in our bakery kitchen. In addition, we have a variety of danishes, turnovers, bombes, zeppole, sfiga, cartocci, and donuts.

Another reason we get up early around here is our bread, as the mixing, shaping, proving, cutting of all kinds of doughs to create rustic breads like sourdough, Calabrese, pizza, focaccia, Parisienne sticks, and buns. Just to name a few, as we always add varieties for each season too. We use all these for various products here, but we have a lot of fresh bread for retail daily too.

One of our most popular items is our cookies. We have no less than 20 varieties on hand all the time that include European and Italian favourites like our traditional Sicilian-style almond cookies. We also have cinnamon cookies, lady fingers, shortbreads and some chocolate chip cookies for the kids. And for those coffee lovers out there we also make our own fresh biscotti of several varieties!

Our cakes are a major part of our business, and we have full-time staff taking care of all sorts of celebration cakes for graduations, birthdays, engagements, showers, retirements and of course – weddings. We always have plenty of cakes in our display that are ready to go out anytime, but also our full cake menu is found within our catering menu which can be downloaded here.

Don’t forget to check out our huge selections of desserts and individual-sized portions of tiramisu, milles feuilles, macarons, cheesecakes, butter tarts, rhum babas, carrot cake, and oh right – our cannoli! People from all over the city come for our authentic cannoli, which we make every step of the way right here in our bakery kitchen.
